Welcome to Simosec Student Living!

We offer fully furnished and managed residential apartments for students attending university or college. Our aim is to provide students with a comfortable and safe living environment located close to their respective universities.

We take pride in our two residence offerings: Rose Alba Building and Simosec 5A Building, all situated in convenient locations in East London.

Each residence is equipped with:

If the residence building is leased residence by a university, the length of the agreement will be determined by the university institution. If the residence building is accepting private students, the minimum period of lease is 10 months. All private students are required to pay a security deposit which is fully refundable should there be no damages and the rental is up to date. NSFAS students only pay a room key deposit and Cash students pay both first month’s rent deposit and room key deposit.

Each room in the residence is equipped with the following:

  • Bed
  • Mattress
  • Study desk
  • Chair
  • Cupboard

Students are advised to only bring is kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels

The Residences do have internet Wi-Fi capabilities and internet access

All Simosec Student Living residences buildings have laundry rooms, equipped with washing machines. The use of the laundry rooms is free of charge for current residents. Note that we do not supply cleaning materials, powders or detergents.

Simosec Student Living Residences Building are within walking distances with tertiary campuses, shops, public libraries and parks.
